Gartner acquired a business to service the most Senior Supply Chain executives. This is a huge strategic play for Gartner and Nigel was a sales specialist and partner / overlay to 300+ sales associates who service the Fortune 1000 of which 73% are Gartner Clients. In this role Nigel engaged and brought on execs from Industrial and High Tech, Defence and Government, Consumer Products and Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences to ultimately improve their Supply Chains, save them time, improve customer service, up-skill their teams and free up cash in their businesses.

Nigel jointly led the EMEA Sales team for Gartner events and took this business from $36m to $104m in 4 years. Nigel's teams sold to High Tech Vendors and transacted 350 new contracts per year.

Nigel was an individual contributor and a global top achiever. The clients consisted of the World's largest and most diverse Service providers who were selling multi $m Outsourcing deals. Through Nigel they engaged the worlds most influential CIO's and senior execs.

Responsible for the full P&L with responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Content. Our clients were technology and telecom providers from the Worlds largest to the most innovative new businesses.Notable highlights are full ownership and responsibility for the events roll out of the Bluetooth Standard with the SIG and taking this around the World to create the platform for the technology we all use daily. Nigel was the top achiever for 3 of the 5 years hereNigel ran events in US, UK, Spain, France, Netherlands, Russia, Japan and Singapore. Nigel led transformation of a new business structure and built and developed successful teams. This role involved travel to many parts of the World and our buyers were CEO’s, CMO’s and GVP’s of sales within leading technology vendors.
