A delivery-oriented senior programme management professional specialising in PMO/Planning and Programme/Project Management. Favouring a hands-on approach to ensure and assure delivery.I believe that planning applied rigorously from inception through to delivery plays a major role in the de-risking and delivery of complex Programmes and projects.
