* Developing relationships with key decision-makers in the organization. * Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable techniques in making the process smooth and cultivating relations with them for getting more business. * Managing activities pertaining to testing the new software, testing the correctness of data transition and billing transaction, tracing the loopholes in transition of projects and making necessary corrections in kick-starting new projects effectively.Client Management * Suggesting clients the best possible options to avoid denials/rejections. * Facilitating the activities in key areas like Quality Improvement and proper analysis of Client feedbacks And putting forth proper implementation strategy to respond to Client feedbacks
