Oryxa was a company developing a software platform to allow for the integration of component based functionality into more traditional storage hardware (e.g. disk arrays and storage switches.) Oryxa’s goal is to enable the rapid development and deployment of storage functionality on storage hardware, moving the functionality from firmware/hardware onto a flexible software layer. Duties included:· Writing test plans for the Oryxa API.· Writing and execution of system test plans for components running on the Oryxa platform.· Collaboration on the general design of the testing automation structure including the required test harnesses (unit, system, performance)· Writing performance test plan.· Determining the requirements for the system test harness and performance test harness· Determining the system and performance testing strategy· Performed code coverage analysis on unit tested and system tested code.
