CurrentI assist clients to resolve technical issues while interacting with Fidelity through a digital channel, though generally limited to Personal Investment products, I also provide support for digital channel issues that are related to Fidelity or when a Fidelity program/software is used. I provide navigational assistance and troubleshooting for software interactions within Fidelity platforms. I also provide assistance with technical issues customers experience when using Fidelity.com, Active Trader Pro, Fidelity Spire, or the Fidelity Apps. I also provide support for FAST, Full View (Emoney), Quicken, and tax software.
