I had the opportunity to manage a team of 20+ secretaries for various club activities, including workshops, lectures, and exhibitions. In this role, I was responsible for delegating tasks and coordinating the work of the secretaries to ensure that these events were successful. Through effective communication and organization, I was able to guide the team to achieve their goals and contribute to the success of the club.
