Also accountable as duty manager on site on select days ensuring safety and enjoyment of all visitors on site and employees across all departments at the farm. Performance manger responsibilities to office, events and marketing team members including the training of all events staff.

Co-found & events coordinator of Automotive events in aid of children’s charities as well as Ladies Lunch to raise much needed funds for cancer charities whilst empowering Woman to be inspirational. Over £250k raised to date for numerous worthy charities across Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent. Responsible for event planning and actioning, accounts, budgets, communications, merchandise, volunteers, sponsorships and fundraising.

Branch manger of various size branch’s and also inclusive of community banking. Branch manager responsibilities include sales including sales force, performance management & disaplinery & grievance. Compliance, operations and health and safety lead. Trained in training & competency scheme, UK banking regulations and agile resourcing. Lead across multi sites including inbound and outbound calling staff. Also have been citizenship and community representative and managed numerous internal and external customer forums and events including money management, life skills, fraud and scams and recruitment.
