-Taking on leadership role while still supporting accounts-Taking an initiative to resolve issues regarding customer escalations, quotes, orders and reporting-Serving as a point of contact for customer service escalations-Assisting team members with order modification requests-Training and onboarding new team members-Identifying and working with upper management on training opportunities for self and team-Facilitating resource alignments for large projects, roll outs, RFP’s, etc. -Ensuring team members accurately record statuses and updates for the invoice reports-Ensuring order accuracy for Microsoft business and management of customer Microsoft contracts-Communicating with outside and inside account management team members on a daily basis regarding pending items/questions, concerns, open action items and escalations-Conducting regular scheduled calls with team and clients-Acting as a “go to” resource for the team-Looking for and coaching the team through GM enhancement opportunities; ensure the team is following best practices for renewal management, deal registration/war chest, etc.-Acting as a liaison between outside sales, customers and SHI internal departments-Providing excellent customer service and support to customers and outside sales team-Creating pricing quotes for SHI customers based on IT requirements, including new hardware and software product needs, Upcoming renewals, and corresponding services-Engaging on large customer deals through deal registration with internal teams, vendors, and tracking these through our customer relationship management (CRM) tool-Providing sourcing, product quote, pricing, and product information to outside sales team-Entering purchase orders and providing updates to outside sales and customer of order status-Actively participating in team meetings with managers to review important updates and changes-Setting up conference calls between outside sales, customers, vendors and our internal teams
