•Recommend, recruit and aid in enrolling students into a higher education program via telephone. •Present accurate and detailed information to prospective students. This will include the school’s programs, tuition, fee schedules, refund policy, payment plans, school policies and procedures. •Efficiently and supportively assist prospective student to complete the admissions process and maintain all required paperwork and data entry in accurate and timely manner.•Approximately 75% production responsibilities and 25% managerial responsibilities•Acquire and maintain a knowledge base of the objectives, goals, and directions which reflect that of the University and AP.•Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all areas such as product knowledge, systems, phone skills and assists in the training and development of Enrollment Specialists. Effective at helping a new ES reach levels of proficiency more quickly.•Train and mentor Enrollment Specialists to help leads progress through the admissions and enrollment process effectively.•Work with Enrollment Manager to identify a training need for the team and develop and document a training on a monthly basis to help boost overall effectiveness of the team. Provide QA feedback and coaching to Enrollment Specialists in a 1 on 1 setting under supervision of Enrollment Manager.•Supervise team in absence of EM. Represent AP in Cross-Functional meetings as needed.
