On sales and marketing, I was responsible for designing and sending out advertising material, the ordering of brochures and I also organized and participated in the 1998 DOT (Deep Offshore Technology) exhibition in Stavanger. Negotiated tender procedure for the company and secretarial procedure for tendering and had full responsibility for the department's paper and electronic archives. Was responsible for the electronic access control for the whole tendering phase. This position was split in two when I went over to my new position as PA in 2002.
