Coming alongside others and joining them in their individual journey to achieve optimal health is my greatest passion. My own health and wellness journey started many years ago. As a new mother, I became keenly aware of the impact and importance of not only how I cared for my newborn, but just as important, how I cared for myself. This realization led me on a journey to research modern medicines, homeopathy, food, everyday chemicals, modern medical protocols, alternative wellness therapies, environmental conditions, impact of modern technology, and on, and on...Along the way I completed my formal education as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and became an owner of a Perspire Sauna Studio franchise. The studio offers one-hour infrared sauna sessions and chromotherapy that will help detox the body, relax the mind, reduce inflammation, ease pain, enhance immunity, and improve sleep. All important elements of optimal health and wellness. Today, I see clients regularly as a FNTP and we are currently under construction with the Perspire Sauna Studio build-out. We plan to open to the public on March 1, 2021.
