Current• Consulted on the internal launch of a renewed associate value proposition for a Fortune 500 company, creating the overarching theme and visual design, managing the creation of assets in four languages, and creating a campaign to raise awareness and spark engagement globally. The campaign saw 10% participation worldwide. • Worked as part of a merger communication team for a multi-billion-dollar merger, leading the creation of a website for internal communications for managers and field employees, managing the complex messaging and unknowns of the merger • Oversaw the development and launch of a benefit communication website for a Fortune 300 company from start to finish — including the web design, site architecture, content development, and project management. The project had to be completed in less than three months. • Consulted on three successful Unily launches for large service companies, which included crafting the site architecture via discussions and workshops with stakeholders; writing and editing copy to page and site layouts; developing launch campaigns and change management communications; reporting on success of campaign post-launch • Created and executed a six-month communication plan for a global sponsorship program, including stakeholder emails, social posts, and discussion prompts • Wrote annual communication strategies for benefit and internal communication teams to assist them with accomplishing their business goals, including retaining employees, increasing benefit or tool utilization, and raising awareness of the company's mission, vision and values
