- As the GM of Hua-Ou (an Airbus JV company), reporting to the Board, fully responsible for general management of the company from operational, financial and legal perspectives- Design and execute the short term and long term strategy for Hua-Ou to secure growth- P&L accountability for Hua-Ou to enhance profitability and investment return- Ensure compliance with safety, security, environment and business operation - talent development, staff motivation, performance enhancement - As the Head of Supply Chain, reporting to Global COO functionally & China MD of Satair operationally, taking regional responsibility for overall Supply Chain in China region while respecting global accountabilities of the respective Supply Chain functions- Design & develop a strategic roadmap and plans of supply chain set up in China to support material business growth- Cultivate local supply chain team - Manage and build up the relationship with internal and external stakeholders - Contribution to overall Airbus customer satisfaction from material & logistics perspective

- As the head of Supply Chain function in the region of Greater China, with overall responsibility to cover multiple legal entities, reporting to China GM operationally and APAC Regional Supply Chain Director functionally- Restructured supply chain strategy to cater business model transformation - organization restructure and team cultivation to adapt to change- Launched new 3PL operation model to support business operation- Streamlined and optimized the work process - Led and contributed to regional and global supply chain projects to save cost and enhance efficiency
