* A self motivated individual having approx. 10 years of hands-on experience in Solution Architecture/Design/Development using Java/JEE and related technologies, who is also quite frequently involved in coding/code reviews/pair programming with the Development Team alongside other core responsibilities around requirement/feasibility analysis, solution architecture/design, engineering agenda for quality improvement and development/delivery management.* Proven Development/Delivery Management experience with excellent track record of leading global teams to successfully deliver several business critical and regulatory projects from scratch following Agile and TDD practices in an E2E Continuous Integration development/release environment.* Extensive vendor management experience on leading implementation of business-driven product changes, major version upgrades, and new on-boarding of complex vendor platforms.* A problem solver who has successfully led many SWAT teams to help resolve complex and high-impact issues faced by teams across the department.* An Enterprise Engineer who has been a member of several department-level architectural and engineering bodies.* Extensive experience of E2E architecture, design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions to business requirements, especially for FX/MM domain, on and around popular vendor product Wall Street.
