Area of responsibility included Jabalpur MP and nearby locations (Eastern MP Mahakaushal Region).Have also worked in HDFC Bank as a Senior Manager, Wholesale Credit Risk, Business Banking in Jabalpur, responsible for underwriting working capital proposals of SME Customers for exposure upto INR 10 Crores, Vendor management, and controlling early delinquency through regular account monitoring.Worked in Axis Bank Ltd, as Area Credit Manager, Small Business Banking based at Indore. Spearheading credit team for Western MP for MSME working capital (CC/OD, LC/BG, Export Credit etc), Term loan and Unsecured Business loan proposals. Presently working with HSBC as a Risk Approver, Wholesale Credit Risk Management for Singapore Market.I have also completed Senior Management Programme, Batch-16 from IIM Calcutta, for the year 2019-2020 with 'Excellent' grade. It is the oldest and most prestigious Senior Management programme offered by any IIM. This one-year programme has been designed specifically for senior executives to: (1) equip them with analytic skills, (2) enhance their existing functional competencies, and very importantly, (3) transform them into strategic leaders
