I co-founded Mobicules (http://www.mobicules.com) in May 2007, and after almost an year of exploration, we settled down into providing web application development services, building innovative and sophisticated products primarily for start-ups/new ventures in the US, Europe and India. In a span of 20 months, we grew Mobicules to be a 35 people company from being just a three member team. I personally worked as a programmer and architect on some of the most complex projects at Mobicules, along with working on business development, hiring and operations.I exited Mobicules in January 2011 to focus on GrexIt (http://grexit.com)

I started my career at Mentor, straight out of a college, and I could not have asked for a better place to work at. I worked on really interesting problems with a great team, and reporting to the best leaders I've ever worked with. What I learnt about building a positive, inspiring work environment at Mentor has been very useful to me as an entrepreneur.At Mentor Graphics, I worked on the development of their next generation Emulation Software for their FPGA based hardware emulator. I worked primarily on compilation of HDL constructs for emulation, and on the emulation run-time system.
