- Developing strong relationships with the client base. Understanding the client’s strategy- Management of campaign scheduling, delivery and pre and post evaluation.- Ensuring that all agreements are signed off by the customer (i.e. change requests, amends, new work requests)- Conducting daily workload reviews across the team (daily scrums)- Working closely with the Team Leader, Creative Studio Manager and Account Management teams.- Management of briefing templates (developing bespoke briefing templates with the client where required)- Monitoring campaign execution, monitoring all processes through to completion.- Performing weekly campaign plan reviews with the client to manage the flow and schedule of briefs.- Proactively supporting campaign planning by attending agency briefing sessions to ensure all channelsi.e. social, web, email, SMS are aligned with the same targeted messaging.- Ensure all aspects of each project are completed and understood; Accept, approve and sign off on projects.- Ensuring the brief is to best practices and meets the campaign objectives while challenging the client where necessary.- Raising any new project work requests for development (e.g. data feeds, new reports.)
