Key Responsibility Areas (at Pratham Enterprise) Contents: I am responsible to assist in Recruitment, Induction, and Leaves - Salary Administration.  Report generation (MIS) as when required and all Personnel related issues. Pay Roll Management: Managing monthly attendance & leave details of all employees. Ensuring statutory deductions from the Salary and updating the records in case of increments.  Preparing full & final Settlement in respect of Employees who have resigned the organization.Recruitment & Selection:  Responsible for the recruitment of all levels of employees. Sourcing candidates through the Database/ Careers Portal & Job Portals & Advertisements.  Organizing interviews. Offer placement. Arrange for pre-employment Quest examination. Preparation & updating of MIS regarding the recruitments handled. Statutory Liaisoning Liaisoning with different Government Authorities like PF office, Employment Exchange. Review & upgrades employee’s documents of Provident fund, contract Labor Act, etc.  Checking and clearing of monthly bills of Labor contractors. Daily checking & supervisory of Labors (Departmental and Contractors) in various sites.  Employee Documentation , Employee Insurance , Exit Interview Process, Other Administrating work, Surveys , Any other task assigned by Management.HR-MISUpdating various HR-MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basisInforming the HR-head if there are any variance
