- Be the customer’s technical consultant- Run technical workshops in order to drive the project detail and validate requirements against the SOW- Validate use cases and workflows as identified within the Project scoping document- Work with the customer IT teams and 3rd Party Partners to deliver the solution- Develop customer IT partnerships and overall ecosystem for solutions delivery- Creation of solution documentation such as administrator guide, release notes, user guides etc.- Validate and analyse system interfaces- Technical lead for 3rd Party Software included within the solution.- Present viable solutions with most attractive ROI - Support the successful implementation (within scope, budget and time) of the solution- Creation of the Test plans and analyse of results.- Document Customer specific Solution architectures, best practices and lessons learned for future opportunities ​- Specify the necessary configurations for the hardware, software, network infrastructure and services components of the implemented solution.
