without a good team work and a perfect coordination a desired result cannot be expected the internship was all about project mangement it was done in a group a group of 4 to 5 people were created there were intern from all around the world that helped me to get a global exposure and great learning it was powered by an American private university called saint louis University it was a 1 month internship in which each group was assign a task and we all have to complete and analysis those tasks inorder for the submission .we were actually working for an event of globalshala and acted as project manager to complete and analysis the role assign in an effective and efficient way each week we were assign with a task which have to perform and see go it whether the preparation of event is going in absolute perfect manner or not the role that I have perform were creating project charter analysing to do list and creating project charter for points and strategies to be implemented discussing with operation department that whether it would be feasible or not . Risk assessment analysis of risks that could arrive and finding solutions for that especially which were associated with supply chain , analysing the objective of the company and coordinating with operation of the company, assigning the roles that are suited to the person creating.microsoft ppt for the presentation which is to be presented to the CEO of the company ,analysing the possible way and techniques for beeter implementation of on going projects, and a o data visualization and in the end a reflection video for this internship experience .
