Current- Support Marketing & Communications projects, plans and events through agency management to ensure brand accuracy, development of strong relationships with external vendors and communication with regional directors
- Manage and analyze the $10M national marketing budget across 9 regions for not-for-profit organization
- Manage public relations for program directors throughout campaign periods including media list development, drafting press materials and pitches and daily media monitoring & reporting
- Build financial forecasts for ongoing projects and conduct expense variance analysis against budget to manage internal and external expectations
- Cross departmental project management to streamline the Marketing & Communications department with the enterprise to efficiently manage scope and timelines of multiple projects
- Assist with the development of marketing collateral, presentations and other written materials for quarterly executive meetings
