Current- Commissioned $4-million-dollar fluid fill equipment for 2024 New Model Civic, including design reviews with the vendor, control panel commissioning to ensure department standards were met, electrical certification, safety circuit verification, and integration with other equipment - Generated statistical results for equipment capability to ensure newly installed fluid fill system was meeting design specification, as well as complying with Quality Assurance Verification audit - Electrical Lead for $600k construction phase of project including management of electricians and millwrights for rework of over 100 control and network cables, and structural reinforcements for new equipment install - Spearheaded $180k electrical design project for Mitsubishi servo driven 2023 CR-V hood lift assist, including schematic drawings, parts sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, software design, and commissioning - Achieved 90% reduction in false fails of 2023 Civic engine installation inspection by commissioning new and robust tools for a Keyence CV-X vision system, which eliminated 5s/car body unit (CBU) of production downtime, resulting in annual cost savings of $600K - Led critical and time sensitive hardware design for $30k VIN inspection camera upgrade to 3D Sick Ranger Camera, including parts sourcing, procurement, documentation, and assembly - Led $10k project to commission Omron PLC and HMI integration of Device Net wire drawn encoder on mass production radar calibration system - Managed a team of 5 Engineering interns in sourcing and commissioning a real time location tracking system to improve mean time to recovery of repair CBU’s on campus, which improved repair throughput by 35% and annual overtime avoidance by $400K
