Preparation and interpretation of reports, budgets, accounts, and financial statements.Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning producing long-term business plans.Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance controlling income, cash flow and expenditure managing budgets.Developing and managing financial systems/models carrying out business modelling and risk assessments supervising staff.Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.Maintain employee personal accounts and preparation of monthly payroll.

Responsible for the Profit & Loss responsibility for the business.In charge of leading, motivating and developing the team.When necessary liaising with banks and other financial institutions government departments and regulatory bodies.Improving margins and maintaining a high quality service to clients.Experience of systems processes and procedures, including Quick Books.Preparation of feasibility reports of projects in different industries.Preparation of reports on Due Diligences.Report on valuation of shares of companies.Arrangement / Supervision of whole liquidation process of company liquidations and preparation of liquidation accounts, coordination with Registrar of companies of Sri Lanka.Arrangement of obtaining foreign investment approvals from "Board of Investments of Sri Lanka‟ under sec.17 & 16.Preparation of financial Reports on time and with accuracy for clients.Experience in Preparation, processing of clients salary payrolls.

Overall responsibility of completing audits in accordance with the PwC Audit Methodology by adhering to PwC quality control procedures.Directly responsible for proper planning, conducting and timely completion of fieldwork and reporting requirements.Identification of client’s strategic business risks, key risks & audit risk and decide the audit procedure accordingly. Assignment of audit work to staff and guiding, directing & reviewing work performed to ensure the achievement of audit objectives.Reporting the progress and the matters arising from the audit to Audit Manager / Partner, and resolving of issues with their guidance.Preparation/reviewing of reports of various types e.g., Audit Reports to Shareholders, Management Letters to the Board of Directors, Various reports required as per group audit instructions by overseas/local group auditors and etc.Advice clients on various tax issues such as Income tax, VAT, TT ,WHT and deferred tax liabilities etc.

Proper completion & documentation of assigned work with due care.Discuss and resolve audit issues with immediate supervisor.Preparation of complete financial account set.Preparation of various reports (e.g. Audit Reports, Management Letters, etc).
