Current- Provided vocational skills-based training and livelihood for average of 2500 beneficiaries per FY at PARFI training centres in the state of Jharkhand, India. Total of 43000+ beneficiaries have been trained & placed by.
- All the beneficiaries provided livelihood are from Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG), identified as socio-economic disadvantaged, school dropouts, below poverty line candidates.
- Identified new areas of demands for jobs through research & survey and worked towards setting up of training centres within the stipulated timelines in adherence with the job roles & requirements as per the client.
- Lead the Business Development and Client Partnerships initiative at Pan India level across 25 major corporate companies for placement linked skill development with focus on women-oriented jobs in Manufacturing.
- Achieved minimum of 4x to 5x increase in family income for beneficiaries within 3-6 months post skilling of beneficiaries. Social return through skilling programs have been well documented in innumerable internal case.
- Raised internal operating fund of USD 250,000 every year through beneficiaries placements. Business value of USD 10 million raised by PARFI through corporate social responsibility fundraising till date from major.
