- Work in coordination with clients, engineers, estimators, foremen, field staff, sub-contractors,and suppliers towards the efficient completion of projects- Frequently in communication with clients before, during and after projects to ensure a positiverelationship and potential for prospective future projects- Draft and issue of project proposals, RFQ’s, tenders and budgets- Perform quantity take-off from construction drawings and site visits towards the completion of project estimation - Support project superintendent and Foremen in management of projects and crews by providing appropriate information from office or by visiting the job site as required- Obtain and review quotations from suppliers and/or subcontractors in accordance with project scope, coordinating and designating work to subcontractors (working as GC)- Issue, follow-up and track contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders etc.- Maintain excellent relationships with all projects stakeholders- Log, review and process all change orders- Provide all required papers (form-1000, wsib clearance cert., insurance cert., field staff training certificates etc.) to client before a project kick-off- Maintain company health and safety profile on ISN, Avetta and cognibox - Partner with Finance and ensured CRM reflects accurate and real time data in terms of sales forecast, job costing, invoicing/collections- Implement and enforce company H&S program. Working in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code (OBC)- Experienced with EPC ( Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and multi-phase long term projects- Electronic documentation after project completion
