CurrentI am working as an OIPA Configurator, leveraging my multidimensional knowledge in requirement analysis to create functional design documents followed by configuration in OIPA for Savings Plans.- Gather requirements from the business, analyze solution designs, and configure them in OIPA.- Lead the team in developing critically complex functionalities such as Premium Processing, Monthaversary, Withdrawal, and Disbursement for Savings Plans.- Provide training on OIPA to newcomers and review all deliverables, including Technical Specification documents, Unit Test Plans, and XML configurations in OIPA.- Support the project manager and development team by documenting detailed business requirements, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and identifying out-of-scope requirements and change requests.
