Leading world's largest education development program (DIB), LiftEd in Uttar pradesh, Balrampur which has been lauched with a coalition of USB Optimus, Michael & susan Dell foundation, USAID, Kaizeninvest, Dalberg and with other important impact and technical partners.Working for 41,484 Students across 252 schools, Implementation effective strategies, including: Effective morning assembly, Library, Bal-Sansad, Google read along.Implementing Tipps tool, STR (School transformation roadmap), PLC (Professional learning communìity), ALP (Accelerated learning program), Supportive supervision with ARP (Academic resource person).Conducting regular BPMU (Block program management unit) meetings with BEO (Block education officer and ARPs (Academic resource person). Facilitating joint visits to monitor process and ensure effective implementation of program. Supporting the FLN (Foundational literacy and numeracy) and Nipun Bharat initiatives. Participating BEO-HM review meetings, Nipun Bharat training, FLN training, ECCE workshop, Shikshak Sankul meetings. Facilitated 20+ Teachers workshops, Volunteer session, Orientation and Workshops. Successfully onboarded and managing a team of 150+ volunteers for the FLN campaign.
