Worked to create a new SMP for use in tracking enzyme activity within the body. Looked into using enzymes that break down thiol bonds within a solid polymer structure. This will, in turn, cause a shape memory effect.

Filtering out low-affinity binding ligands to the orexin receptor subtypes using molecular dynamics. MDsimulations were used to calculate quantum mechanic variables that gave insight into how certain ligands fold. This was done with 60 ligands. The folding patterns were then compared to their binding affinities to understand how they bind to orexin.
