I currently hold the position of Security Manager at 16 On Center & The Salt Shed, a leading hospitality company in Chicago with multiple venues and events. My primary focus is on overseeing security at The Salt Shed. With a B.B.A. in Business Management from California University of Pennsylvania and over seven years of experience in entertainment venues, I am well-equipped to handle the responsibility.My expertise lies in ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. I hold certifications in crowd management, first aid, security, and CPR/AED. Additionally, I leverage my strong skills in group sales, social networking, and communication to nurture important relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Together with my teams, I have successfully managed the security aspects of numerous large-scale events, including concerts with attendances ranging from 3,000 to 100,000, professional sports games, city park events, festivals, political conventions, debates, presidential rallies, and private high-profile security events.In addition to my role in the venue, I am deeply passionate about water polo and coaching. I have dedicated over two years to coaching at the Latin School of Chicago, where I have had the opportunity to mentor and educate the next generation of athletes. My aim is to instill in them the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, which are also at the core of my professional and personal life.
