Business Development Manager
Current- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with the overall company strategy and goals.
- Identify and secure brand partnership opportunities; full cycle sales from prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, industry influencers, and community partners.
- Work closely with the Director, VP, CFO & BDO to develop and manage the business development budget, forecasting revenue targets, and tracking expenses.
- Present regular reports and updates to executive management on the progress, achievements, and challenges of business development initiatives.
