The Director of Product Delivery is accountable for achieving revenue targets and profitability in balance with client satisfaction for multiple clients assigned to one to two Agile teams. Responsible for the execution of client contracts to ensure scope, cost, and terms provide business value to both clients and Silverchair. Provide support and direction to the Agile team Product Owner and Business Analyst(s) and, in coordination with Customer Success, partner with clients to develop, scope, and prioritize a program roadmap to ensure clear path to successful engagements. Serve as internal champion to communicate and represent client needs in Silverchair forums, as appropriate. This role is responsible for the management and development of the Product Owner and Business Analyst(s) on the team.
