Key member of senior leadership team for the retail channel accountable for increasing brand reach and sales targets through expansion into high-profile retailer's (malls, big box, grocery) brick and mortar and e-commerce platforms across North America. Mentoring, coaching and onboarding a national team of 14 field reps remotely. Developed and implemented a strategic 5-year business plan along with annual marketing plans for the retail channel. Generated and launched retail marketing campaigns that included live event tickets (music, sports, family, theatre), CPG, license merchandise and online content which resulted in increased ticket sales, in-store sales and brand awareness. Enhance and expand the digital and physical gift card program in the US and Canada. Created and maintained retail toolkits, marketing materials and playbooks for field team and channel partners.
