CurrentCreated and lead the technical writing team. Responsible for partnering with product, agile teams, and other internal stakeholders to develop and maintain clear, concise, and effective documentation, including release notes, online knowledge base articles, API/developer documentation, and technical marketing content. Set long-term strategy for content alignment across the company. Initiated change to evolve and scale content to meet the needs of a best-in-class Cloud company operating at scale and serving Enterprise customers.• Own and execute the documentation strategy and roadmap including driving project plans and delivering best-in-class documentation.• Partner with stakeholders across organization to ensure documentation is succinct and easily understood by our clients.• Enable and coach technical publications team to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.• Edit, revise, and consistently maintain documentation, ensuring our documentation is up to date as the product continues to evolve.• Own and manage internal documentation architecture inside our knowledge base and supplemental documentation repositories.• Engage with stakeholders to learn how we can improve their documentation experience.• Establish and maintain department standards including style guide, templates, and workflow.
