Responsible for helping to lead the transformation of the company by standardizing the way we do business thru all processes. Utilizing an implementation of SAP S/4 Hana, replacing 4 major ERP systems across 15 sites, as a structure for best in class practices for processes. Applied the Prosci ADKAR(Awareness,Desire,Knowledge,Ability,Reinforcement) model as the tool for change management. My major role on the team was as the data migration given the responsibility to coordinate successful Extract-Transform-Load(ETL).
