• Accountable for the efficient compliance, management, and overall success of three global awards, implemented in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, as a $38.5 million portfolio• Primary decision maker for implementation of projects in safe abortion, abortion stigma reduction, health systems strengthening of public and private facilities, capacity building, and improving community-facility linkages• Lead project design and new business development for new and renewed awards, manage scope and budget negotiations with donors, and finalize narratives, budgets, deliverables/projections, and work plans• Serve as donor liaison and organizational expert for Ipas’s largest restricted donor (U.S. foundation)• Global point of contact for collaboration and synergy with implementing partner agencies • Initiate, lead, and/or review award-level and country-level project evaluations, including root cause analyses, after-action reviews, and documentation of lessons learned and best practices

• Backstop for SRHR programs across 10 awards in Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Zambia, an $11 million annual portfolio including Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, European governments, U.S. foundations, and UN agencies• Project manager for global multi-unit, multi-country award on gender-sensitive abortion stigma reduction within the health system and through community engagement• Managed the flow of proposals and donor reporting processes including facilitation of program design using social and behavior change frameworks• Collaborated closely with in-country counterparts to track expenditures and project deliverables across health systems strengthening, community and youth engagement, and/or policy and advocacy scopes• Coordinated and supported in-country teams with project start-up and close-out• Monitored activities and project progress to address discrepancies in plans and budgets• Liaised with operational and technical staff for a holistic approach to implementation and success• Summarized and communicated country achievements for internal and external presentations and analyses

• USAID Child Survival and Health Grants Program Technical Backstop - Nehnwaa Child Survival Project in Nimba County, Liberia• Managed external final evaluation, including recruitment of external consultants, training of local staff on evaluation methodologies, and administration of Knowledge, Practice, Coverage (KPC) survey and subsequent data analysis for report writing.• Led design and proposal writing processes for new business development in Liberia and Sierra Leone• Supervised Liberia Country Office and coordinated close out of organizational operations in Liberia, including contractual and administrative closeout, capacity building to partners for continued implementation, and stakeholder management

• Designed sexual and reproductive health program for sex workers in Swaziland• Competed for and won $5000 start-up grant from private foundation• Provided ongoing support for needs assessment and grant-writing as needed
