- Leadership and Management: Led and managed a team of (3) Curriculum Coordinators, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity within the curriculum sub-branch of the Training and Education Branch- Curriculum Oversight: Oversaw the development, implementation, and evaluation of training curriculum, continuing education curriculum, and professional development curriculum to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards- Quality Assurance and Improvement: Ensured the quality and consistency of educational programs, incorporating feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve curriculum content and delivery methods.

- Designed curriculum to ensure Health Scholar success during training and exam processes- Created continuing education opportunities; including overseeing and leading rotational health literacy workshops, events and seminars- Developed professional development opportunities for Health Scholars; including facilitating the Leaders Ambassador Program

Prepared 300+ incoming Health Scholars to be well-versed in core patient care competencies by leading and facilitating skill stations during Training Days. Oversaw cohort of 30+ Health Scholars during training matriculation, on a rotational basis.

Undergraduate Representative for the Academic Senate Committee for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Served as the student body voice related to matters of affirmative action and representation of minority groups; both facultative and student wide.

Summer Youth Employment Program. Worked under the supervision of Performance Improvement director and alongside P.I. and Labor-Management consultants. Through the duration of the program, I garnered a broad understanding of the role of performance improvement within healthcare systems and how to apply performance improvement models and methodology to processes and work-flows. Emphasis on six-sigma and Lean methodologies. Subsequent instruction during Education Days included mentorship from medical professionals, including: physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, amongst many others.
