Student Housing & Residential Life

As a Resident Advisor I planned events and maintained a happy, healthy, and safe atmosphere for students living in CSUMB owned housing. I engaged with students living in residential housing on a weekly basis. When meeting with students they had the opportunity to share concerns or needs, if possible I would offer an on campus resource or my personal.

Recreation

I directly worked with managing gear, providing superior customer service to students and incorporating new ways to improve a young program. I implemented a new software for gear management and Point of Sales. I focused on team building by supporting and hiring new student staff. I trained new coming student staff on operations.In addition, I lead Outdoor.
