Current- Work as a point of first contact with clients for SaaS deployments, including environment provisioning/deployment, client connectivity, integrations, and security configuration- Provide continued live support for a growing number of SaaS clients with varying and complex business needs- Work with multiple support tools to monitor and troubleshoot business systems to ensure business continuity and analyze issue to improve our services- Uphold and protect environment integrity by… Show more - Work as a point of first contact with clients for SaaS deployments, including environment provisioning/deployment, client connectivity, integrations, and security configuration- Provide continued live support for a growing number of SaaS clients with varying and complex business needs- Work with multiple support tools to monitor and troubleshoot business systems to ensure business continuity and analyze issue to improve our services- Uphold and protect environment integrity by managing firewall access as well as NTFS and file sharing access as dictated by company access policies- Administrate MS SQL databases by performing restoration as needed, as well as initial configurations of Availability Groups, managing internal and external access permissions, and providing go-live support- Assist L3 Database Administration teams with monitoring database performance via Solarwinds DPA to address potential performance issues at the database level- Collaborate regularly with vendors to build weekly change management plans and client notifications for any required maintenance within the SaaS environment- Provide support for third-party applications and services, such as Citrix XenApp, Cerberus SFTP, and Tidal Enterprise Scheduler- Lead our daily team scrum meetings to help direct and focus efforts on requests and incidents effectively based on priority and impact- Respond to critical support requests in a timely manner and provide resolution or escalation in time-sensitive scenarios- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and On-Call shifts- Selected to be a key member in process improvement for onboarding of a new ticketing system for our organization, providing input and training for team-members to work with the new system- Provide support and training for new hires during onboarding periods and assisting with knowledge transfers throughout their development Show less
