• Assisting in large-scale data management operations.

Applied ML algorithms to identify indicators of pre-symptomatic Alzheimer’s and MultipleSclerosis through hyper spectral imaging of blood and cerebrospinal fluid. Built memory-optimized pipelines for training with large file formats (TIFF) in HPC clusters withTensorflow 2.0/Keras.
