Reporting to the CFO and headquarters based in USA (230 restaurants in Iberia, +340M€ turnover, coaching and managing a team of 4 people): • Provided leadership and business management in the areas of general accounting.• Responsibilities as a legal representative for banks• Handle all accounting and tax matters, including AP, AR, fixed assets, credit, GL, payroll, loans, payroll tax, business tax, property tax, franchise / income tax; responsible for cash flow; close books and prepare financial reports for monthly and yearly.• Manage and analysis of monthly closes loading all data in Hyperion and internal analysis system (Essbase).• Analysis and review of reconciliation balance sheet accounts to ensure the balances are correct.• Prepare Tax reports (EEUU): Annually Tax Package and quarterly Tax Provision (forecasted and Actual).• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports analysis to the headquarter comparing deviations between previous year, month and forecast.• Lead international projects as new reporting calendar, AP optimization.• Participate in financial strategic planning, review of budgets vs. actual to ensure accuracy.• Develop internal control system, recommend areas for finance improvement, and establish international accounting policies and procedures in local market.• ERP: SAP, JDEdwards, Hyperion, Esbasse, , Micros, Onesource, NCR, Basware.
