• Participated 1 month training in Fuji Electric Yamanashi, Japan for automotive products• Qualify new products, new materials, new methods with Engineering changes• Possess sound knowledge of wafer process flow and mechanisms, identify and prioritize key processes to solve the following as a team; - Quality improvements (wafer crack, wafer take out, electrical failures & etc.) - Productivity improvements (production output, production efficiency &etc.) - Cost reduction (material change, energy saving programs & etc.)• Be a mentor for module technicians, provide technical directions to drive continuous improvement• Support non-conformance products troubleshooting to regain and sustain product quality.• To support all ISO standards implementation in the Company, including ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems, and the implementation of all Environment Management Programs (EMP).

•Production Department (8/2020-11/2020)- Handling CNC auto lathe machine maintenance and make sure the work follow working standard and basic inspection-Perform machine setting and repair (troubleshoot) operation of CNC auto lathe machine-Supervise operation of CNC auto lathe machine up to 15 units according to production plan to achieve daily machine plan target-Make sure all the fabrication parts are followed drawing spec and achieve daily machine target•Manufacturing Process Department (12/2020-Now)-Perform machine setting for first product application model or trial products-Participate with continuous improvement activities of machining process -Give training to new team members on how to operate CNC auto lathe machine, way to use measuring instruments and tool grinding machine-Re-train team members to ensure they follow working standards-Perform analysis of new and current reject occurred in production site
