i. Managed on-ground edutainment event roadshows at university from the back-end process, during the event, and post-event. Succeeded in effectively engaging and promoting financial literacy among crowds of approximately 400-600 students plus achieved a good product onboarding penetration rate. ii. Secured potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create awareness videos for Maybank's products and services on their social media platforms. Succeeded in engaging with the highest number of potential New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) customers to get exposure on Maybank’s products. iii. Succeed to developed and designed Tactical Sales Stimulation (TSS) poster for Maybank products which were shared internally to 320+ Maybank branches. iv. Mobilised the team in curating a communication brief from scratch and a key-person to liaise with Retail, Branding and Marketing group from end-to-end process.
