I hold a capacity-building & strategic program development role housed within the Network Support Department, with a particular skill set in emceeing and facilitating group spaces/live events and building team culture toward organizing goals. Co-led the national organization's deep canvassing (and preemptive deep listening) programs, which have included the 2022 Reed Award-winning abortion-focused electoral deep canvassing phone program and the 2023 IRA/clean energy implementation campaign.Additionally have led or co-led on movement-building trainings and national calls on communicating across lines of difference, rapid response moments, unpacking & avoiding "electability" narratives, the 2020 Protect the Results election campaign, and much more.

Executed ongoing trainings, operational support, and project management for the Department of Instruction. Specialized in people and culture, managing a remote team of 60+ full- and part-time staff and 2 Instruction Managers and nourishing company culture through research and implementation of organizational development best practices.
