At the depot, it is my responsibility to manage all internal and external communication between residents and outside community. I also enroll residents into classes/events offered at the depot (i.e. yoga, wine tastings). The majority of my job involves being in charge of all aspects of events that residents wish to host at the depot; this includes pre and post event examination, set up, answering guest’s questions, and supervising to ensure the event runs smoothly.

As a YMCA summer camp leader, it is my responsibility to create educational and age appropriate activities ranging from crafts, games, and readings and help children identify their problems and work with them to find a resolution. One of the most important parts of my job is making sure I am being transparent with parents and guardians of the children and making sure I am effectively communicating regarding upcoming events or child related matters.

As a student representative in the admissions office, I was responsible for communicating with prospective students which included providing them with information about the university. It was important that I added all individuals who applied to CU into the university’s system to ensure they were always updated about upcoming events and their application status. A small yet charismatic task I was required to do was hand-write postcards to students to inform them that they were officially accepted into the university. Served as an initial point of contact with prospective students and maintained communication to ensure admitted students could navigate throughout the entirety of the admissions process
