o Formulating, maintaining and improving the Lightfoot Mobile App strategy (iOS and Android Lightfoot, Earnie and Winnie apps) and innovation roadmaps based on customer sentiments, market research, external and internal workshopso Translating strategy into product initiatives and Engineering deliverableso Managing software project scopes by making trade-offs between competing requirementso Collaborating with the Engineering team to monitor and implement improvements in both Native and Flutter to enhance the User Experience of the Lightfoot suite of apps o Applying and promoting best practices in product management and agile methodologies, creating product culture in tight partnership with engineeringo Defining and maintaining the product roadmap and backlogs and prioritising product development based on user needs and business valueo Overseeing deployment of mobile applications, including App store listing and versions releaseso Owning trade-offs between features, schedule, and costs based on their relationship to business goals, company policies, software architecture constraints, and software development team capabilitieso Partnering with the Engagement team to drive engagement, from acquisition through recruitment and the retainment of end userso Monitoring app performance and identifying trends with available analytics toolso Ensuring that the Apps are successfully meeting business goals and users' needs through the monitoring and measurement of key metrics and user feedback o Incorporating industry and customer trends, emerging technologies and gamification methodologieso Managing the App(s) Beta Test Groups o Driving integration with digital platforms such as Airship (app messaging) and Mixpanel (analytics)o Working with clients, stakeholders and customers to define and maintain a bold and coherent vision for the app product o Coordinate app related inquiries from app users, using the Lightfoot customer service platform
