My role is to manage the relationship between BankID and its clients (the banks).

I coordinate the eID and the eSign teams in their daily activities to operate, maintain and develop the services. The role also includes responsibility regarding profit & loss (P&L), market strategy, manage supplier contracts, monthly reporting to the management as well as risk handling. Currently the most established services of its kind in the Swedish market.What is eID and eSign?Both the eID and the eSign services are key in the Digital Transformation. The eID service gathers all established electronic identification providers (e-legitimationer) present in the Swedish market, such as BankID, Telia, Freja eID, SITHS/EFOS, Steria, Sweden Connect (eIDAS) and customized CA's, making it easy for clients to connect to all of them through one single user friendly integration, while the eSign service enables clients to sign documents/agreements electronically. The services attracts 400+ clients, spanning from innovative startups to Sweden's largest authorities. Every month, 17+ million transactions (authentications and signatures) are being made through the services. As an Executive Trainee, the work objective was to learn how to become a future leader in the organization as well as drive innovation and increase sales of current and new products and services. Daily working tasks ranged from supporting the Vice President of the Document and Data Services department and his team to taking lead in projects. As an extra challenge, I got the opportunity to support the board by analyzing and providing content to the Swedish Business Unit Business Plan F2017-2019.When not being an Executive Trainee, I was responsible for developing new and existing services within the area of Document & Data Services. The main challenge was to create and coordinate activities aligning the services with the marketing & sales departments, developing competitive offerings.

Master Thesis topic was "Market Susceptibility Toward Disruptive Business Model Innovation". Here, conditional factors, allowing a business model innovation to be disruptive, were found. Some factors were static, meaning they just need to be in place, and some were accelerating, meaning they change just prior to when a new disruptive business model innovation occur. The more static factors being in place when the accelerating factors turn into place, the higher is the market susceptibility toward disruptive business model innovation.By being aware of these conditional factors and regularly track their status, companies can benefit from it in three various ways; proactive risk evaluation of current market(s), help to know in which market(s) new business models should be developed, and assess potential threats by the time they approach in the current marketplace(s).

Was running a project on how to map and improve the structure of an engine component’s surface. This was very high prioritized by the management, who were involved in the process throughout meetings were I continuously presented the results of my research. I learned how to use tools for solving problems in the most efficient ways and I also learned a lot about what challenges a production line may faces. Management and operators were really satisfied about the results and gave me a lot of credit for the findings that I did.

Moment is a career day that had 14 participating companies, 60 volunteering students and a budget of $40.000 USD. The aim of the project was to create a physical place where students and companies can meet during a whole day. Except for a fair, several events and a banquette were also arranged.

The aim was to understand how manufacturing works in reality and the mission was to identify and implement improvements in processes and flows. These improvements were finally compiled in a report and orally presented to the management. Completing this internship also gave me 6 credits from KTH.

My task, as a part of the project group, was to ensure high quality in all written material that were exposed externally. Consultancy work for a client within the food processing industry. I was responsible for the transport planning within the Swedish and the Finnish market. It implied order handling, invoicing, complaints and e-mail contact with customers. The workload was often very high and it demanded a lot of effort on my behalf.

Backpacked all parts of Australia during this year. Main employments were i Perth at a removal company were I worked for 3 months. At weekends I was also working as a bartender. Minor employments in Australia were zucchini picking, orange picking and working in a warehouse.
