About Norman Ho
I have over 30 years of experience in the home building industry and light commercial construction in Northern California. I started in purchasing in Bay Area since 1986. I administrated value engineering meetings, monitor construction cost to ensure project budgets are met. Conduct feature survey from competitions, customize specifications for each project. I also managed product development and coordination with architects, consultants and other parties involved in the construction documents. I work with Forward Planning, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing & Construction department through out the course of all projects. I just joined Trumark Homes as Corporate Purchasing Director. I work with all four Trumark Homes divisions on rebate agreements, product specifications and corporate purchasing strategy.I am interested to network with industry peers and continue education on new products & design trend.
