STC Re-Farming DCS 1800 ProjectVacating some frequencies from DCS band (1800 MHz.) & ( U900 ).Supervising teams for performing Frequency Scanning using PC TEL Scanner.Log File Analysis to make sure that all the frequencies have been vacated successfully.Supervising DT Teams in Cluster base Drive Tests using TEMS Investigation & post processing the collected data using Map Info as per customer requirements.

• Directly coordinate with the customer for on-going projects.• Guiding Project coordinators and post processors for day to day operations.• Plan and manage field teams according to work requirements in designated region for DT and rigger activities.• Preparing resources according to projects requirements i.e. manpower, DT tools, rigger tools etc.

Working as team lead for vendor swap (2G-3G) projects from ZTE/ALU to Huawei throughout the Kingdom.Interact directly with customer during each project and advise changes if necessary for cluster optimization.Responsible for making pre and post cluster reports as per template provided by the customer.meet KPIs for DCR, CSSR and HOSR as per customer requirements.Analyzing data from DT log files with TEMS Investigation, and actix analyzer. Investigate and analyze drop call/hand over failure during cluster drive and advise customer about changes needed. Post Process 2G, 3G logs and prepared SSV and cluster reports accordingly.Graphical representation of HSDPA/HSUPA core values from actix analyzer to get the exact state of the network.

 2G/3G Drive Test using TEMS. Making 2G/3G Drive test report as post process using Actix Analyzer. Performing Indoor walk test to check 2G/3G coverage and data downloading. Database verification and neighbor audit for newly commissioned sites. Done Optimization using Hard Parameters such as tilt, Azimuth etc. Done drive tests and Scanning for new sites using TEMS Drive testing Kits in idle and dedicated modes for single and cluster sites. Done drive tests for STC GSM in complained areas to locate and solve the problem. Used Actix Analyzer for the post processing of drive tests. Attend customer complaints and resolve the issues. Made helping documents about different tools. Cluster Drive-Pre & Post Drive & Benchmarking. Conducting the Drive test of the existing sites in IDLE as well as dedicated mode for monitoring different Rx-parameters like Rx -level, Rx-quality, MAIO, SQI, FER, C/A, C/I & also checking their Inter & Intra cell Handovers. Performing GPRS/EDGE testing and analysing networks throughput. RF Propagation & Interference Analysis (Frequency Scanning) using TEMS Investigation 9.0. Try to find out the coverage holes in the network & try to remove them by using sector re-orientation, reducing the tilt of the serving cel .etc.. Checking Sector swap, Feeder swap, TRX cable connections..etc.
