I am responsible for setting up the online event registration and managing payments for the invent as well as managing the conference budget, catering, working directly with vendors related to their exhibition at the meeting, working directly with the hotel to ensure proper set up of meeting space, A/V, catering, room blocks, and all other pertinent issues related to the location of the meeting. I also work with ensuring that we meet criteria for offering CMEs for the conference through our joint relationship with the ASCP, which includes keeping detailed records and documentation about the conference planning, commercial support, conflict of interest for speakers and submitting this information to the ASCP to ensure that all registered participants that require CMEs receive them post-conference.
