Sr. Instructional Designer, Curriculum Development
CurrentPartner with Go to Market and Channel Teams to successfully create engaging training programs to support new product launches and customer experiences.Develop, design, and implement training programs in the form of ILT (instructor-led training) or online training to support business needs for brick & mortar and remote employees. Programs include new hire training, refresher training, change management, and professional development.Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create outlines, storyboards, audio and simulation scripts, job aids, learning activities, online course content, instructor-led presentations, and learning assessments using sound instructional design theory.Manage development items including training materials, agendas, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, and other job aids to ensure new and existing employees can perform required job duties partnering with Quality Assurance teams to identifying trends and implement continuous improvement efforts associated with training.Develop, design, and implement training and coursework in the form of ILT (instructor-led training), WebEx, Adobe Connect (and others) to support training needs for brick & mortar and remote employees.Create outlines, storyboards, audio and simulation scripts, job aids, scenarios, learning activities, online course content, instructor-led presentations, and learning assessments using sound instructional design theory to produce engaging and interactive online learnings and simulations for multiple works groups and management.Create and maintain knowledge base articles validating processes to ensure accuracy and standardization, updated training documents on a consistent basis working closely with Training Delivery, Marketing, Product, and Project Teams, maintaining process flows, instructor guides, participant guides, and syllabi outlining course descriptions, objectives, pre-requisites, assignments, activities, evaluations, and format.
